02-26-2024The staff here is top notch. We've been using Public Storage at this location for almost a year now and they've always gone above and beyond to try to help us out with various things. The last time we were here one of the employees who has helped us a lot (Rafael) helped us move our stuff from one unit to another and answered ALL of our annoying questions.

02-26-2024I had a great experience at Public Storage because of Rafael. From the beginning of checking into my space, he was pleasant and always answered my numerous questions. And, when my girlfriend spilled some coffee he cleaned it up for us and was very helpful as we moved our items. He has a good, friendly sense of humor and also knows the property very well. I am giving 5 stars in my review mainly for Rafael. The only negative thing I have to say relates to the price increases at Public Storage. We had two significant price increases within a year. The first one came at around 5 or 6 months and it was around $60. Then, the next one came 6 months later at it was $60. That's how they get you so definitely keep that in mind before you move into a big space. We ended up finding a great deal online for the same size and just moved into a different space. But, we don't have huge items so it was doable. Again, excellent customer service and I definitely suggest this location just because of Rafael. Additionally, the property is clean, feels safe, and it well-maintained. We really like that it's temperature controlled as well.
