02-21-2024They are getting a one cause no one is on property when someone needs them and two people that have a storage does not have to schedule a appointment to talk to them and three if we want to up grade our storage they need to be on site I never in my life seen a job that don't have an employee on it at all

The staff is unable to do a single thing, even take a payment without the app. So if you lock yourself out of the app good luck. You might as well go somewhere else, this place is a scam

11-05-2023Very misleading. Website states mgr lives on site, however, no one is available during business hours. You must make a spot to see someone. The building entrance doors are locked and you cant get into your unit. You have to make an appt to receive a key. They will not mail it to you. Long term tenants are paying twice the price of the new promotion deals.
