02-28-2024lack of communication!!! We have been loyal customers paying our storage every month and the last month I was told one thing on the phone from somewhere there and a different thing in person from the manager , the manager was not willing to work with us our last month . I understand its in our contract , but to feel like they didnt care was disappointing and unbelievable! Will never and I mean NEVER rent from public storage again .

01-05-2024This place is a joke they want you to pay a whole month even if you take your stuff out... plus when we went and moved stuff there was no lite in storage when we asked for lite they said they don't have any.... and there was dead mice in my stuff when we moved it out and it was not there when we put our stuff in. So all my stuff has to now be sterilized who know what has mice urine and poop. These units not worth 239.00 dollars with no lite and mice. Go to cube storage cheaper and cleaner
