02-22-2024I've rented many Public Storage units in my time . I would have to say the location that Jeneen works at is the best . Its clean, well lit , and isn't cold . My only complaint would be how early they close. That part is very inconvenient to me and others im sure. The other locations need a "Jeneen" (I think her name was)at the front. If they extended the hours some and all had her they would be the perfect storage company. I meant to put five stars . Your company is great. I recommend !!!!

02-21-2024Recently I visited the East Cheyenne Rd location to get some information about unit rental . A Ms Janean was the person there that helped me. They were extremely busy that day but she managed to answer all of my questions. As well as help two others . Talk about multi-tasking. She was kind, friendly and very down to earth. I recommend this location .

01-07-2024The access until 5 or 6 pm is one of the most disgusting rules about this place, it prevents nothing and only causes inconveniences there's no reason for this other than to humiliate the customer
