03-22-2024I came in seeking for the perfect sized place to house my belongings while going through a transition and Wendy was helpful, professional and resourceful. I was having trouble completeing my registration online and she was a gem and talked me through it. When she found out there was a little glitch, she simply completed it for me and then showed me to my unit! This made my week because I really needed this space and she answered my ridiculous questions......thank you Wendy!

03-17-2024My fiancee had a stroke and his monthly storage payment was late. I spoke with Wendy in the office and she said she would try to get the late fee waived because of my fiances condition. I dont know if the charge will be waived yet but Wendy was so kind in saying she would try. She is a very nice, professional lady and the place was as clean as a whistle!

12-04-2023Received email to describe my recent experience with Public Storage. Very dissatisfied. The District Manager took over a month to cut the lock off since we are not allowed to cut our own paid for locks. His excuse was he lives in San Jose and wont come down for one customer.
