10-31-2023I have rented units from several different Public Storage locations and have been pretty satisfied with each one for the most part. After renting from Tiffany I'd have to say that the one on Beneva Rd is by far my favorite. She went above and beyond while assisting me in getting set up with my unit and even helped come up with a solution to an issue I was having with transporting my stuff! She is awesome! I would definitely recommend renting a unit from here and from now on I will only deal with Tiffany because no matter what my issue is I know that she has, and will, always do her best to help me figure out a solution. Actual customer service which is rare these days.

10-31-2023Tiffany is the best. She is always kind and courteous and oh so helpful. She is always busy, cleaning something, helping someone or giving someone a smile with a neighborly and welcoming wave and/or a good morning/afternoon to greet a tenant when she sees them coming or going. But that is why the facility is always in tip top shape. Cant thank her enough for everything she does for everybody there!!
