02-29-2024DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. Worst security of any storage facility I have ever used. Units keep getting broken into, mine twice. There are no cameras inside, they have no clue what's going on inside their own building. The alarm sensors on the units are fake and do nothing. Update 2-29-2024 My unit got broken into a 3rd time today or yesterday. There are still no cameras inside the building halls. I reported this problem to the management a year ago and nothing was done. I'm done with Public Storage and their negligent incompetent management. I'm moving my stuff to the place around the corner. Do not use this storage facility. It is unsecure and your stuff will be stolen like mine and Public Storage will do nothing to secure their premises correctly.

He even directed us to a sister location because it had hours that worked better for us, it was apparent how much he cared about us as people!
