08-27-2023I will never again in my life use this storage. It is the most disgusting storage Ive ever used. It is full of bugs. Big palmetto roaches, huge lizards and spiders the size of my hand, an unknown slithery bug thats about the size of my palm, little crawling bugs etc. its utterly disgusting! To see a bugs about the size of my hand almost gave my a heart attack. So disgusting!!! I put out bug traps in my unit and it was at least 10-12 big roaches in the unit!!!! I want to file a health complaint

07-27-2023Update: they still have not did anything about the roach and ants are literally everywhere on my things!!! and I saw another roach today when I went to check on my things!!! It was the big water bug roach this time! Im so disgusted with this unit! DO NOT PUT YOUR THINGS IN HERE!!! The unit has all kinds of bugs and ants. I also saw a roach which is insane because I had zero pests in my apartment so where did it come from? SMH now I gotta unpack all of my boxes outside to avoid bugs being in my new place
