This review could not be complete without a shout out to Teddy who was so fun and had me laughing throughout check-in. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get me in quickly and the best deal possible.

02-12-2024Had the best customer service from Brittany this past weekend. She showed me units that were available and explained how applying online made a big difference in monthly rent. I stopped back several times and she never hesitated to show me different units on each floor, just great customer service. I applied online and fortunately got the exact unit I wanted. She then walked me around and thoroughly explained how to operate the security gates and elevators and the required insurance. It's very clean here and it seems well secured. Thanks Brittany, really appreciate it.

02-12-2024Teddy was more than accommodating! He showed me to my storage unit right before closing on a Friday night! And he did it with kindness! I see you child of God! The building is very very clean. And where a touch up in my storage unit was needed, Teddy was proactive in addressing it with solutions immediately. He also answered all of my question and concerns thoroughly. I love great customer service, especially when Im dropping a bag okay. Yall can trust Teddy is managing this location very well!
