01-30-2024The manager here Eran/Eric has been away taking care of his mother. Every customer like me I run across is waiting for his return! He just has a way of making things smooth, because moving stuff, even in & out on a daily basis, is always at least a small pain. That, Eran makes pleasant. But in his absence absolute Kudos especially to Jade, and Troy, who are true professionals too, and know how to treat customers. Because I work with homeless kids, and have personal stuff here too, I am in and out usually every day at varying times. Doesn't matter. I've been in other storages as well over the last 40 years, but I stay here. For peace of mind, you can too.
