03-01-2024BEWARE! Id think twice before renting here. I received a 23% rent increase shortly after I discovered they had a RODENT INFESTATION! The rats had chewed through and destroyed several of my belongings and left a ton of droppings all over everything that I had to clean up. It wasnt worth it to make an insurance claim and pay the deductible. I had a unit there for 12 years and the increases the last few years have been happening frequently. The on-site staff has always been nice but the rats were the final straw and I finally moved out and its so wonderful to be in a nice, clean facility with no rats!
