Rose was SO disrespectful. I called because after 3+ years of having ZERO issues with mold or anything for that matter besides their insane price increases. She essentially said its not her job to call everyone WHEN THERE HAS BEEN LEAKS IN THE BUILDING. All of my baby stuff as well as a lot of other stuff in my unit has molded and her response was oh well thats what I signed that I was liable for whatever happens? Even tho their building leaked. Then told me to buy something to put in there to absorb moisture? I was very polite initially and she was very condescending and said Im only here three hours a day Im not calling people to tell them there is a leak. Taking this to Corp because insurance only covers $250. I could understand if it was my fault. But its theirs. Their building leaked causing damage to everyones units, that is on the company not me. We pay $250 a month for a 10x10 and everything is molded now and thats somehow my fault. So beware. Dont go here.
Karoline was very helpful. A great person helped me a lot.
Rose was a WONDERFUL HELP!
Limited hours, not climate controlled. I still got a unit because i asked the manager (blaine) how long my rate would be, he said 6months but usually typically longer. im not even 4 months and get an email last week saying my unit rent increased 26% from $63 to over $80 and its the smallest unit, the 5x5. Im not impressed.
