01-06-2024Public storage is the worst storage facility that I know. My locks were change without me missing a payment, neither did they inform me that my locks would get changed. I notice that I somehow made a mistake trying to access my unit not paying attention to the number above my unit, however the key that I was using opened up a unit right next to mine. I told management and they just brushed me off like thank you for telling us, have a good day. That was crazy lol. Also they will change rates on you as well without telling you. The point that I'm trying to make is just be professional and let people know in advance that changes would be made.
