09-12-2023Great experience. I rented online. I received the codes via email, and the lock was in the unit. The property was clean as well as the unit. I moved in and out after office hours, so I had no interaction with the property management. When I moved out, I took the lock and was going to call and tell them that I had moved out the previous evening. However, they apparently saw that I had accessed the unit, saw I had moved out, and checked me out automatically. It was a flawless experience. I would rent again.
