12-12-2023This place is unsafe, they are hanging around all the time when you are in your unit, I was in the bathroom and they opened the door without first knocking on the employee named RANDY, I complained to the "manager" DAMI and he told me that it was normal because The bathroom doors should always be locked, the bathrooms are always dirty and in poor condition, BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS RAISING THE PRICES....No improvement, advantage or at least good service or respect.... Answer:There is no first class service here, we are talking about violation of privacy, disrespect and harassment, the only thing that is first class is what they charge, which increases for no reason, abuse of this nature is not coherent for this answer.. .. I'm sorry, it's an unacceptable situation.
