This was my first time renting a space, the person on the phone answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about storing here. Once I got to the property it was very clean and well kept. Stopped into the office and the staff there were very welcoming and helpful, she, I believe her name was Sara, showed me to my unit and really made me feel like she appreciated me choosing this location.

My check in went very smoothly and quickly being assisted by Sara at the Forest Hill location. Just recently I had concerns about a rate increase and James listened to me and quickly got the problem resolved. I highly recommend this facility. 4/23/24 When we got to our storage unit today, we were having problems with getting the latch on our unit to open and close , smoothly. It had been difficult for a while, but we just ignored the issue. Today, Sara happened to be walking by while she was cleaning up the property, so I asked her if she would take a look at it. She saw what the problem was and immediately went to get us a new latch. No waiting for a maintenance man, she replaced the latch herself while we waited. I cannot say enough about how helpful Sara has been to us over the past few months.
