12-11-2023I went in to purchase a rental unit and paid 151.00 on Oct 4 2023 and checked out. They stated to me even though I never moved in unit they still retained my money when I cancelled Oct 5, 2023. At least half of my money back. Like I have 151.00 to throw away. When I called they told I due and refund. Pull phone calls. I would never recommend anyone for this rental public storage they cheat people out of there money just to keep it.
