02-26-2024I was trying to rent at another location down the road and there was no one there to help ..there was no one in the office. We wanted to look at a unit. We called customer service and were told someone would meet us and they never showed, so we were pretty upset and unimpressed and about to leave when customer service called back and told us to go down the road to another location and talked to Shanna, that she would help us, so we did and we are SO glad we did! She showed us a similar sized unit so we could decide. If it werent for Shanna this review for Public Storage would have been very different. She has the best customer service and helped us get the unit down the street which is closer to our home. Public Storage needs a Shanna at all of their locations. Thank you Shanna!

02-26-2024Went to their location saw that it was closed during opening hours. Called customer service and they told me that the person who was supposed to be there was in their hour lunch break. Came back after an hour and the store was still closed. Customer service is trash and they increase their rental payment every 2 months. I do not recommend.
