02-05-2024I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MS. DONNA. EVERYTIME I COME IN SHE IS NOTHING BUT RUDE AND RACIST TO NOT ONLY ME BUT TO ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR! SHE HAS REFUSED TO HELP AND OUT RIGHT IGNORED ME AND OTHERS!!!SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND SHE IS CONSTANSTLY MISSING FROM BOTH PROPERTIES I CAN NEVER GET ANY HELP AND SHES CONSTANTLY MAKING ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS FEEL UNWELCOMED . I CANT STAND IT ANYMORE AND IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FONDRENS LOCATIONS, SAVE YOURSELF!!
