Daniel Simkins is a wonderful manager! He was able to set up my account from another storage unit without any problems. Extremely friendly and professional! Nice and clean location. I highly recommend it!

Update: They did lower my rates but be careful of the teaser rates. Daniel, the manager, is great! He jumps on any issues that come up and takes great care of the facility. He does not control pricing which is the biggest drawback of the facility. Update: Stay away, Since Extra Space Storage purchased the facility a few months back they raised my rates 35%. Also, they scam you with the insurance. One month it could be $16 and then the next month it could be $26. I called 3 times about the rate hike and they said they would reach out to the regional manager about lower the rate. One time they dropped the price a few dollars and the other times they did not even have the decency to return my call. I was a very loyal customer for many years spending thousands on units, but the new company does not care. Message 2 years ago: Great Customer Service.Tina was extremely helpful.
