12-07-2023DO NOT STORE HERE!! We had a unit here for six months this year that was robbed, and despite purchasing theft insurance and taking photos of the unit before and after the robbery (and speaking to the police), it was impossible to get reimbursed since there were no signs of forced entry, which meant the location was completely off the hook from removing us. Someone had a master key and stole thousands of dollars and many sentimental irreplaceable belongings. Maybe if the location kept more than 3 months of security video footage we could have proven the theft occured, but for some reason they delete the footage at that point. I highly recommend finding another storage company and location and hope this doesn't happen to any other families...
