There are two broken steps on the building containing my unit, one of which is frankly dangerous, and its been like that for a month. (For the record, today is Dec 2,2023.) The office is never open (if you call the number on the door, they will tell you to make an appointment to see a staff member). There are no bathrooms for customers.
