08-17-2023Again ZERO stars. And they are taking down my reviews. Just call me and handle my issue because I have called and left at least 20 or more messages and no one will fix this issue or call me back. I followed all your protocols exactly as directed. Yet still being charged and no one on site to handle issues, now your customer service individuals have me running around to other locations to find a human to handle my issue and they dont know what to do once I arrive???? Come on people freaking HELP I was told to go access my unit and check it? Why would I do that if I moved out and ?? There is no one there anyways You comment below is ignorant, Ive done that already and called and called and chatted and chatted. Still no help!
