Chanti was absolutely wonderful! Professional, patient, and knowledgeable about what had to be done. We had numerous issues with the rent by phone so I finally, after two days, literally came to the property to rent my unit. I know that agents receive bonuses and spiffs. I am surely hoping that Chanti, after all her hard work over two days, is a recipient of those bonuses and/or spiffs. Thank you and I look forward to storing my items at this property!
The property manager is extremely helpful. This is the best Public Storage property I have ever rented from!!!
Chanti help was very friendly and helpful..thank you
Chanti and James were very kind and helpful! Thanks for the unit!
Public Storage My Experience (Nevada Location) After nearly three years as a customer, my experience with Public Storage ended in a way that left me deeply disappointed. I see a lot of great reviews for Chanti but I did not receive great treatment. She is pushy, loves talking over you, and one of those people that has to be right instead of compassionate. Throughout my time renting, payments were current and I maintained my account responsibly. Yet during move-out, I experienced repeated phone calls demanding rent despite being current, inconsistent information from staff, and contradictory explanations regarding fees and billing timelines. I was told I would be charged for a full additional month if I did not vacate immediately, even though the app allowed me to schedule a move-out for a later date without clearly stating that penalty. The lack of clarity was frustrating. Policies around fees, lien language, and billing practices were not consistently communicated. When you are a long-term customer who has paid on time for years, you expect transparency and professionalism, especially at the end of the relationship. Storage is often used during vulnerable life transitions: moves, loss, financial strain, family changes. Companies operating in this space should train managers to handle customers with accuracy and respect, not pressure tactics. My advice to anyone considering Public Storage: Read your contract line by line. Document every phone call. Screenshot app communications. Clarify move-out timelines in writing. I hope the company takes accountability for training and communication issues so future customers dont experience the same confusion.
