I rented a unit. I wanted another one, right beside the one I already have. Hours on the phone, more time at the kiosk and I still cant get the unit next to the one that I am already renting. The phone rep says the person at the kiosk can help. The person at the kiosk says only the phone rep can help. They charge for a lock, they charge for insurance, they charge a fee to change the site but wont tell you what the amount is until AFTER you give them your credit card number. Terrible way to run a business.
Can't get the gate to open automatically. Have the app but still won't open. Is it broken?
