03-01-2024I recently had a great experience with the Public Storage center in Westfield, IN. The facility is clean and climate-controlled, and also secure and convenient. But what really impressed me was the awesome customer service from Trudy. She was friendly, helpful and professional. She helped me find the best deal for my storage needs and even called me on the phone to let me know I had inadvertently left out two expensive vacuum cleaners, thus saving me from my own stupidity. She truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this place and Trudy to anyone looking for a storage solution in Westfield. Five stars!
