11-21-2023Many people have used the word "amazing" to describe this facility. Yes, its an ok place and after several years we have moved out with our contents clean and dry - ie well stored. What I found amazing however, was the realization of how much we were paying for our 5x5 third floor unit. Yes, the come-on price was reasonable but then came the increases. The brand new facility we have moved to further down Tamiami (even closer to our home) is literally 1/7th the price we paid at this place and we locked into this rate for 2 years. Had it not been for Public Storage's high price, we would have kept using this company and I might have given it 4 stars. Now, perhaps with more competition, perhaps they will limit their rate increases. Better still, they might be more forthcoming about the cost of long term storage at their place.
