03-02-2024I just wanted to say my experience with staff on March 2 2024, they where very informative and friendly and expedited my account very proficiently and friendly, also the first thing I noticed the fresh smell and the obvious cleanliness in the office area and around the property. 01-02-2024A descent facility. I like the mobile apps gate access feature, and that is the only positive I have. Building D flooded during the 2022 hurricane. There is a drainage canal right next to the building. I rented the 10'15' in November 2022. My rate was increased by $90 after the first 6 months and I just received another$50 rate increase notice starting February 2024. A total 60% increase in 13 months. I will be moving out.
