03-03-2024I hope to draw the attention of the PUBLIC STORAGE management to this. We won an auction here a week ago, firstly they deceived us about the payment and did not give us any papers or receipts that they received the money, secondly the container was different from what is shown in the photo (fake unit), thirdly they did not let us check the number the sealed container seal and the paper were not given with a seal. We informed the manager Stefani about this, she said that she would see the cameras if we did not take anything from the container, she would return to us the entire amount that we paid the next day (we did not take anything from there). The next day we called her all day and she didnt answer, we left her a message and text messages but still no answer, and when we asked the employee to call her, she immediately answered his ringing call, then we tried to contact the silver manager, his name is Andy, at the beginning he, too, did not answer calls, after a couple of hours he called himself and very rudely and disrespectfully communicated with us, now its been a while since no one calling us about the footage's or when they will refund us. I do not advise you to go that store or play here and in general I do not want you to get involved with these guys. I hope that the PUBLIC STORAGE management will understand me correctly and take action in favor of consumers and return our money to us.

12-04-2023I have rented from this location since 2019. I had a 5x10 which in the beginning was $56 if I recall. Today its $134. Not too shabby considering most places will charge you 20% - 50% more upon the first 5 months. Public storage did not do that. Granted bulk of the increases came in 2021 so Im assuming they halted that because of covid. The positives about this place is that its very well lit, always clean. And the gates were recently updated for added security upon exit. Maybe someday Ill come back because Public Storage and this facility in general has always been good to me!
