09-11-2023The Manager Lori was So helpful today . I have 2 units for the last year with NO issues . 1 of my units was mistakenly deleted from my online account . Stopped in to pay today and Lori answered all my questions and was able to re-add the lost unit . Lori is always a pleasure to speak to and always VERY helpful . TY Mike 5+ STARS

09-04-2023My storage unit is clean and dry and includes a new gasket for under the door that helps to keep out rain and dust. The lock design seems safe and theft proof. The customer service agent was very personable and made the rental easy and quick. The price is $10 less per month, compared with another nearby facility.
