02-21-2024As soon as we pulled on the property and opened the door Lisa was very rudely tell me to put my cigarette out there was no smoking on HER property, (nothing posted on the property that said NO SMOKING)I didn't have a problem with putting it out but her attitude continued even after I went inside, I was going to purchase a lock so I put it on the counter and then my grandson asked to hold it, I handed it to him and a few seconds later she said " Can you take MY lock and put it back ( 2nd strike), I asked for a 24 access unit and she said I don't have one very rudely (3rd strike). Then she said we try to keep public storage at a 5 star will you be rating us a 5, I said no and she asked why I started to tell and then she said you can just let them know when they call for the survey. If I had, had the time to find another place to rent a storage from I sure would have. Lisa's customer service skills could use some work I have always used public storage for my storage needs but this will be my last. And I will be looking for another place to move my belongings, it's a very big inconvenience but I don't want to deal with her ever again.

01-10-2024Quick and easy to book, pay, and check-in. Didn't need to speak to anyone or wait around at all. Booked online and got a code for the gate and a unit assigned in just a few minutes. Lock is provided in the unit with information about insurance. The area itself has some homeless people lurking around but the facility is gated and seems secure enough. The mobile app to open the gate did not work for me but entering the code is easy and quick. I've used other self storage units in the past and those were not nearly as convenient. Great location for a student at USF who needs to store some stuff.
