11-25-2023I wanted to transfer over to a bigger unit. Upon arrival I was told there were no carts on property. No greeting, no hello good afternoon, just "NO CARTS". This is unacceptable. How do you lose a cart and not replace it. How do you let a storage facility get to the point of having zero carts available to customers? Not good.
