03-10-2024PUBLIC STORAGE IS AMAZING!!! As a small business owner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs the extra space. The units are extremely secure. The location is gated and i love how clean the place is. Oh and the staff is phenomenal. Nicole and Sandy helped me save money when switching to bigger units. Thanks again guys

03-02-2024Everything is below average except staff. They are below below average. Short old lady keeps looking at us as if we are doing something wrong. Constantly following us. A real busy body. No facilities for customers. Lots of empty units now seems to make sense. If we rent a space leave us alone! Other than that costs too much to put up with this.

03-01-2024warning READ this POST! 100% true and accurate, Nicole rented me a great unit at a great price special and the manager is nice as pie and professional. It smells like bleach and cleanliness all inside and I appreciate that a lot. I wish I remembered the other 2 womens names but the manager and the other woman just so incredibly well spoken and professional at this storage. Air conditioning works and its the safest storage Ive rented I love that you cant get into elevator without a code! Thanks ladies I love it here! Rhonda

02-25-2024Although it may be clean on 1st floor...don't let it fool you. I hate it when a company follows the rest of their community in stripping the benefits of you being a customer. Want to charge your phone while moving ? GESTAPO says nein!! Every wall receptacle has been taken out including one's near ceiling which benefits them really. No charging of anything . All storages like sheep have done the same. Toilets? Which was at 1st a right as a customer, now is locked always! You have to beg the commandant for key if you can find them. It smells as if the people have revolted and started using it inside...smells like it anyways when you're in the elevators.. What happened to making the customer happy? I have 4 units here and 1 more ata different locations and still have employees checking what I'm doing like a over bearing mother. Ridiculous!!!!
