11-15-2025We were looking fo a new storage facility after our introductory offer expired, and our monthly charges jumped to a rediculous amount at the storage facil;ity we were in. After calling several facilities, we found Public Storage on Camelback. The prices are considerably less than even our into offer on the other. We secured a unit with a simple phone call, they gave us a move in date and said everything would be ready for us. I showed up and spoke with Debbie, the associate working in the office that day, she was great, very friendly and professional. She said "you are all set" gave me directions to the unit, the lock was on the floor, unit was clean and exactly what i expected.

11-14-2025I recently switched over to public storage from extra space and the transition was seamless and easy! Very happy I switched. I broke a ceramic pot during the move and I couldnt find a trash can to throw it away, but Debbie in the office was super kind and said she would get rid of it for me! So far a very positive experience with them.
