03-02-2024Raised rent $50 after 6 months; raised rent ANOTHER $50 after 12 months. 1 of 2 elevators was "broken" for 7 months. Staff was arrogant and told me that "they" didn't raise my rent - corp hq raised it. They reminded me the contract allows rate changes every 6 months. I asked if I should expect them to increase rent every 6 months and they replied with Yes. Time to leave and find another more reasonable company.

03-01-2024Thanks to Alonzo great customer service skills, today he helped me to adjust my monthly payments to a lower rate, we are living during tough economical times and our dollar is not stretching no more, when I asked Public Storage to lower my monthly payments, Alonzo was there, for me to walk me through the process, what a beautiful day is today in a cloudy raining freezing day at Tysons Public Storage, VA!! ... Thanks for helping this war veteran, Airborne Ranger, All the way!!...Whoa!
