12-20-2023If I could give negative zero stars I would. I am currently renting from the Burtonsville, MD location on Sandy Spring Road. This is the WORSE storage company I have ever dealt with!! They are extremely money hungry and their collection practices should not be legal. Because I had a past due balance, they cut my lock off my storage unit and left the cut lock on the floor inside my unit, as to further humiliate me. They were ready to send my things to auction over a one month storage balance. They call, text and email you incessantly every couple of days until your account is settled, even after speaking with them multiple times. Their business practices are unethical, uncompromising, they lack basic humanity and compassion. Just another greedy corporation in America. I will be moving my things out IMMEDIATELY. Make sure you never plan to be late with your payment before renting with these vultures! Or you will quickly regret it!
