She took amazing care of me by: touring me into the facility to see the unit she recommended, after seeing the size of my largest items, then walking me through the renting process, graciously answering my questions and resolving my concern about insurance - all in less than 20 minutes! I am awed by kindness and professionalism every time I experience it - it never gets old - and today brought good fortune and my inspiration to have worked with Shamone. Also, what a relief to have a safe, clean, nearby place for my things.

01-28-2024I dont like leaving bad reviews because I think its futile. But this woman Simone or whatever her name is and her handy side kick Travis, who will just stand there and stare at you making you feel 10 different shades of uncomfortable is the most rude woman. She left me an entirely uncalled for, unprovoked voicemail and complained the entire time I was there about having to be there since 8:30 this morning. 8:30 a.m. when work starts. Super duper rude. Tracey was a pleasure and the only good thing I have to say about this place.
