01-15-2024This was my son's unit. I went there to start moving his things and had trouble getting into his unit. There was no one there to talk to about it so I called the number on the door and no one ever answered, this was at 4:30 on a Monday. His is a smaller unit and is located inside. Walking through to get to his I looked around at the other units and thought "I wouldn't store any of my personal belongings here". No idea why my son chose that particular place.

12-30-2023Just walked into my storage unit for the first time. The unit has cobwebs everywhere and the light is burn out. Evidently they do not check the units first before turning them over to new customers. They also dont have anyone onsite to address these issues. They have a kiosk where you video call someone and they will then submit a request so that someone at a later date can address them. However, YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY COME BACK IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE ADDRESSED! Ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for.
