02-28-2024Facility it great, Access is great. Unfortunately after having the unit for only 4 months they are increasing the rate by 43% ($78 to $111). I figured i would have year before that happened. Ill be moving to another storage.

11-28-2023I signed up for this unit in first quarter 2020 for $107 a month. Here we are in the 4th quarter looking at $265/mo starting 1st quarter for 2024 for a facility that has had zero improvements in 4yrs. The gate stops working sometimes to the point that Ive had to finagle my way into the facility through the personnel gate next to it. My unit was NOT clean when I first got it. The doors have not been wiped down in the 4yrs I have had my unit (thats pitiful). The staff, or former staff is never there and enforces wasteful policies such as putting stickers on customer owned/purchased locks claiming its for safety while there is missing locks on their electrical boxes (lets talk about that safety aspect for a few minutes). Pest droppings near unit. Doors not secured. No dumpster access. 2024 will be my last year with this establishment.
