ESS is great! I needed a new, reasonably priced unit and ESS was the way to go. The process of getting a unit online was pretty seamless and easy. Being able to get a glimpse of the unit and be provided what can typically fit truly helped me determine what size unit to get. Which is saving me A LOT of money. The instructions on what to do and how to access every was clear. I love the fact I can access the gate using my phone! Total game changer! Not to mention they called to check on me and see how everything was going with my new unit! That's what I call great customer service!!

Ive always had such a pleasant experience at this location! Kenny the manager is always so friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this facility. It has cameras and its weather controlled, So its a perfect spot to store your valuables.

My experience arranging for a storage unit rental at Extra Space in Crofton was great. The young woman who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything, answered all my questions, including aspects/pros and cons of the different types of locks. Great customer service overall.

Ive been an Extra Space Storage customer for years. Stopped in the Gambrills location and Kenny and Stephanie were awesome. If youre looking for a storage facility, this is definitely it! They have nice sized/quality units and it is in a great location. The manager, Kenny is AMAZINGhe has the best customer service skills, is extremely helpful, and always makes himself accessible to customers. I was recently having trouble locking my unit and he came out to help me with ease. He showed me the proper way to lock my unit in 2 seconds (literally). If you ever need anything, dont fretKenny has you covered. Youre in great hands!
