This facility was very clean and well organized easy to maneuver with trailer on entry and exit. The store manager Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this location.
Excellent care, very helpful!
From my move in with Richard, to my move out with Andrew, this has been the most pleasant experience. Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend this facility to anyone! I always felt that the grounds were kept especially clean and my belongings remained safe and secure. Beyond five stars!!
Andrew is an excellent professional. We had a great experience.
Great place for storage, good rates, and easy to work with, and very very helpful. Only downside is the extremely uneven paving of the lot, which is perfectly acceptable because it is for drainage.
Well, things have changed since my last review. Life Storage was bought by Extra Space Storage, which came with much change. Overall, things are ok - a few things that I completely disagree with are: 1. My biggest complaint is that Richard no longer works at the location that he had been for a long time, before this new owners took over. He is bi-lingual, which is very important for our location. Everyone and I mean, everyone.. LOVED him! He is an asset to any company. That is not something anyone asked me to say, It is pure FACT. You really made a mistake with turning him into a floater position. You have no idea how much he added to the property. Its pretty messed up, in my opinion. Im not at all saying that the guy who works there currently, isnt a nice guy he is. However, Richard knew everyone and cared about the company as well as the renters. That is not a bad thing at all! He always knew what was going on with all who rented there and knew everyone by name. He made me feel safe, knowing he was there and that when he wasnt, he still was always paying close attention to everyone and everything. Which brings me to my next complaint. In regard to safety why in the world would ANYONE who knows the area of our property ever take the locks off of the doors leading to the indoor units!? It would have cost you nothing to keep them on and added a layer of security for those of us with indoor units! It gave me a bit more comfort to come after dark, since there were those locks on the doors and locked gates. Not only did you take off the locks from the doors but then you recently were having the grounds repaved and when the workers accidentally took the sensors out from the gates, you decided it would be best to just leave the gates wide open for all to come in at any time of night! For several days!!! Our neighborhood had too many homeless people, sadly.. and we also have a lot of crime in the area!! I only even found this out when I had to go to my storage after dark one nite and the gates were open and locks were off the doors! I was scared and felt very vulnerable! Nobody bothered to send any message or call to let us know this had happened and what the intentions for the rest of the week was going to be. I had to call myself the next morning. I pay way too much money to you people to ever feel unsafe as a female.. and to have to be concerned that someone may some day walk in and break in to units indoors or be hiding around a cornier when I go inside! The cameras wont do anything except maybe help in the aftermath, if they dont disable them! This is very frustrating to say the least! Things happen but nobody bothered to ask the paying customers what would they would prefer. Maybe other locations are fine to have the locks taken off, but that should never have been a company wide decision. You need to look at each propertys demographics and make the decision based on how it may affect the safety of the property and the people who rent there! I think thats enough for the moment. Im sure Ill be getting evicted after this message, seems to be how the higher ups like to do things. That said, I want to reiterate the fact that the current property manager is an awesome guy and the property is clean and all that he does the problem is not with the property level, it is more of a corporate level issue I have a problem with. Period.
