02-08-2024Theif named Tina she has horrible communication the rest of the team is kind she just got back and her team had miscommunication and never closed out my vacancy after misspeaking and causing me to pay another months rent they called and apologized she comes back and has no clue what is going on and started accusing me of things she has no knowledge didnt try to apologize or even say let me check with the people responsible instead she got nasty and rude and now wants me to pay for a unit I didnt need this month or it goes on my credit. Dont bother calling customer services they will stand beside the foolishness and do nothing to resolve get a storage unit with uhaul instead unless you want to deal with a balance you dont owe

02-06-2024Do not rent here! Elevators require a code every time you try to use them. The doors shut so quickly you cant even get a quart in. Ne of their moving trucks was blocking my access to my elevator and I had to rent a second unit just to be able to put furniture in it today. One of their doors is busted and there is no exit. You have to do a 15 point turn to back up a large truck to get it out. Finally, their hours are terrible. They open at 9:30 AM and close at 6 PM.

01-09-2024The gates have been broken for some months now. Whats the hold up??? Also if its climate control, why is freezing inside??? Front desk people seem like they cant stand their jobs. Ive rented several units from other places but this one is probably the worst out of them all. Something is also broken. Rude employees. And Wheres the trash cans and dollies???

01-01-2024Had this storage for almost a year and no issues whatsoever! They contacted you when you accidently forget to lock your storage which to me is amazing service courtesy! Friendly staff and great service. Storages are always clean
