11-26-2025Public Storage Good Service, but Security Concerns I recently visited Public Storage, and overall the experience was decent. The staff here is actually very helpful especially when it comes to answering questions, making payments, or handling quick changes. Customer service is definitely the strong point of this location, and I appreciate how easy it is to get assistance when you need it. However, what concerns me most is the condition of the units and locks. A lot of doors and locks looked worn out or damaged, and that raised some questions for me. Its not something you expect to see in a place where people store valuables. The prices are fair and reasonable, but I think security should match the value that customers are paying for. I would highly recommend that management do a full walkthrough and maintenance review, because visually it does look a bit questionable. With just a little attention to the condition of the facility, this location could be great. Right now, the service is excellent, but better upkeep would definitely make customers feel more secure.
