02-27-2024Big thanks to Kristin, I'm not sure what this says about me, but I've been using storage units for 15 years, not just public storage. However, this has been my best stay (4+ years). These are down to earth good people trying their best, like the rest of us, to make it. Say hello and be friendly because they'll go to bat for you. I knocked a hole in the wall by accident and they fixed it, I had to change units several times, they try to work with me with my special needs and pricing limitations. The location is a mile from freeway access, close to GSR Casino, Walmart, gas station near by, propane fill up at gas station, you can use the app to pay your bill/open the gate, and plenty of room for bigger vehicles to swing around. 02-27-2024Kristin did A great job she's got a sense of humor Which accounts for a lot. Fast efficient I'm assuming did what she was supposed to do. She got me in got me hooked up with a storage all in about 15 minutes. It's too bad there's not more businesses out there that higher people like her. The world would be a happier place. 02-11-2024My rent just went from $75 to $99. No advance notice. No explanation. No real way to contact them (all these companies want us to be as accountable as possible but they're not accountable in any way). Find another solution. Blackrock is part owner, btw.
