Justin was great in helping us get the unit we wanted. He was very professional and caring for our needs. We witnessed his interactions with other renters while we were there and he treated them as friends and family. Justin is a great employee that made our experience renting an easy process. The storage units here are very clean and well maintained. Compared to other companies we looked at for storage, his units put them to shame. Justin is great very helpful anything I need he had it under control was going to move my stuff to a more convenient storage plac closer to my move but I stayed there just because hes so awesome

Extra Space Storage provided nothing but the best service when I was renting a storage space from them. The manager Justin was so warm and welcoming. He called me as soon as he saw that I had rented the space to introduce himself and to ask if I needed anything. The app that I was instructed to download works seamlessly and can be used to gain access to the property. I don't have to remember any code or open my window to enter a code in the pouring rain . Extra Space Storage and Justin have really made the whole experience of renting a storage unit so convenient. I cannot thank them enough.
