04-26-2024Exceptional service and follow up! My initial contact was with assistant manager, Stacey - ultra professional, empathetic & a lot personality. (Moving from a large home to a NYC apt is an emotional & daunting experience.) The manager, Jay, made the selection & payment process simple & fast. The entire storage facility is immaculate. Jay gave us a guided tour & explained every detail to ensure that we selected the appropriate unit for our needs. Most importantly he demonstrated how to access our new storage space. We feel safe and secure with our new unit.
