Recently had a issue with the Rep but the District Manager addressed my issue I had public storage before so I know they work with you its better now and I shall see how things go so far so good..
Rep lied to me about price we discussed and when I went to pay for it the price was way off supposed to be $47 a month and now its $59 a month ..
11/22 - because of the poor quality of the unit rain destroyed all of my things . Then I had to argue with the insurance company to even get a tiny amount of money for my personal belongings . 05/23 - flood destroys my things once again . I work full time and have kids I do not have time to constantly come up there and throw my things away and do more insurance claims . I finally had time the other night to throw my things away however MY LOCK HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE I do not have a key to ( I was not notified in any way ) I called customer service wednesday night and was told someone would call me the next day NO ONE CALLED . I called today . no answer .
My unit got broken into the first week of my stuff being there. Someone cut the lock and rummaged through my stuff. Skip this and go somewhere where they actually monitor closely who comes/goes with cameras.
