10-05-2023This is the worst storage ever. I am not sure what is going so wrong about customer service and relations. Whether you are on the phone or in person its like no one exist and nothing you do was actually done. I have been waiting to weeks for what I was told was a call I was to get within 72 hrs. And even though they told me given that they escalated it I would get a call within 24 hrs it still never happened. Worst part is I've had better service at run down storages. I am still locked out of my storage and my other option is to pay for a locksmith which I don't have the money for. I've been to places that would just bust the lock on the spot for you and just charge you for a new lock and honestly I should of stayed. I will be looking to move back to cubesmart once I get this settled.
