01-26-2024After 2 days, speaking with multiple agents, unsuccessfully reserving a unit which had to be cancelled twice due to the app not working, using the online app unsuccessfully, an agent calls to assist making a reservation 6 miles away vs the one that is 1/2 mile from my house, use their kiosk, discount rate, make the payment all this to find out they reserved and charged me (double the price at first), for the wrong size unit. Now to start all over with the chaotic mess of this company.

12-30-2023Ridiculous thieves!! Randomly increasing Unit rent without telling you! Just decides to up it another $25 on whim. Called the company to find out what happened they have no answer except they have the right to raise it when they want. GREAT way to start the new year!!
