11-13-2023I've tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of the district manager cause they messed up the billing. Told them time after time that I was approaching my grace period, "oh you won't be charged a late fee cause this is in dispute". I got charged the late fee and still no manager phone call. I will never ever rent from here again, what a joke of a company.

11-03-2023DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE THEY ARE NASTY WITH ROACHES NO ACCESS TO MY STORAGE FOR WEEKS THEY RAISED MY RENT 3 TIMES WITH IN 6 MONTHS I MOVED OUT THEY SAY I OWE A BALANCE STILL NOPE

07-08-2023Rent a climate controll unit and but the AC is not working. If you late after a few days they will cut your locker and you will have to buy a new one. I hate that they took over Neighborhood Storage. It was so much better. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. if you do please get renters insurance.
